At just an 8-minute walk to the nearest ski lift, Koa Niseko offers access to 8 ski lifts in Niseko Village, which in turn connect to the wider Niseko United network of 29 lifts across Hirafu, Annupuri, and Hanzono—now a part of the global Ikon Pass network.

Higashiyama's Choicest Location
Koa Niseko is perfectly situated within the Higashiyama area, being a 5 minute drive from Annupuri VIllage, an 8 minute drive to central Niseko, a 10 minute drive to the Grand Hirafu Resort and a 20 minute drive to Kutchan. Kutchan is significant as that is where the terminal station for the Shinkansen will be by 2030 adding easier access from Tokyo to the area thereby expecting to increase demand.
