Each unit is equipped with Ene-Farm fuel cells, and solar panels cover the rooftop.
Greenery is integrated throughout, including a 350-square-meter garden, a green-roofed entrance canopy, and EV charging stations in 38% of parking spaces.
The exterior showcases Spanish-imported natural stone with intricate detailing, while interiors feature granite finishes.
Common areas include an entrance lounge, a basement golf simulator, and parcel lockers on each floor.
Units range from 72 to 210 square meters, with ceiling heights reaching up to 3 meters.
Strong Market Demand
Sales, conducted from fall 2022 to spring 2024, saw all 65 units sell out.
Prices ranged from ¥140 million to ¥1.3 billion, with an average price per tsubo of ¥10.9 million—the highest for a Branz property outside of exclusive private sales.
The project attracted over 5,100 inquiries and 535 showroom visits, with buyers mainly in their 50s, including business executives and professionals.
Many purchased units for personal use, while others sought proximity to prestigious schools.
Branz Chiyoda Fujimi marks the first new condominium supply in the Fujimi address in nine years.
