The spacious units, with an average floor area of 75 square meters, have been well-received, resulting in 26 of the 33 units in Phase 1 receiving applications.

Currently, six units remain available for immediate purchase, ranging from ¥82.78 million to ¥140.08 million for 2LDK to 3LDK layouts, with unit sizes between 66 and 81 square meters.
The property has attracted interest from a wide demographic, including families in their 30s and senior households.
Over half of the applicants are seeking to upgrade from detached homes or other condominiums.
Details regarding Phase 2 sales have yet to be finalized.
