Park Hyatt Sapporo announced in major urban redevelopment project

Heiwa Real Estate announced on August 20th that it has successfully secured the luxury Park Hyatt Sapporo, operated by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, for the Odori Nishi 4 Minami District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project in Sapporo’s Chuo Ward. 


The hotel will contain 157 rooms.

Overlooking the scenic Odori Park, the Park Hyatt Sapporo will occupy the 27th to 35th floors of a state-of-the-art mixed-use building.  


The structure will span approximately 99,600 square meters of floor space across 36 above-ground floors and three basement levels, on a site measuring about 5,030 square meters.

Slated to open in 2029, the hotel will feature a range of luxury amenities, including fine dining restaurants, elegant banquet halls, a full-service spa, and a heated indoor pool. 


This venture marks Heiwa Real Estate’s second collaboration with Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
