On March 31st, Mitsubishi Estate and Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts held a closing ceremony for the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel, marking its temporary closure for extensive renovation.
Established in 1993, the hotel contains 603 rooms occupying floors 52 to 67 of the Yokohama Landmark Tower, situated a three-minute walk from the Minatomirai Line's Minatomirai Station.

The upcoming renovations will encompass a comprehensive overhaul of guest rooms, restaurants, spa, gym, club lounge, and common areas.
Post-renovation, the hotel will reopen under Marriott International's "Luxury Collection," a category within their luxury brand portfolio.
Despite this rebranding, the hotel's name will remain unchanged, and Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts will continue its operation.
